How to find the number of steps you have walked

 If you are a fitness person, then you can challenge yourself and others on the number of steps you have taken in a day and compete with your friends.

There are many apps that are available for this purpose. You can also purchase a pedometer to count your daily steps.

The app I use is called Google Fit. This one is pretty good, provided it belongs to Google. The only disadvantage of using mobile apps for counting your steps is that you'll have to carry your mobile phone with you everywhere. Most fitness freaks prefer a pedometer over a mobile app.
